Hi Anon,
We split our primary duties, based on the social media platforms we prefer to use, and available time. Deb does Twitter, the blog, project coordination, and emails, while Shaz does IG and FB. We serve as one another’s back-ups though on each platform, if something just happens to pop up or we know the other one is offline (Deb is in TX, Shaz is in UK). We also don’t always duplicate content across the platforms, so people can follow us on more than one, and still have a range of things to look at. For contests and giveaways, it depends on the shows we’re attending, the vendor location or how much we can afford to spend on merch, mags, shipping, etc at the time. Yes, we pay for it out of our own pockets. In our case anyway, I think it helps that there is only two of us, because we can make decisions quickly. Not sure how helpful this was, but thank you for the nice contact, and good luck on your group.
